I wonder how many people out there suffer from chronic tension headaches. If you do – I can relate and talk about a reason!! When you have a headache, the last thing you feel like doing is exercising. And for me, I can’t count on exercise taking the headache away sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Yesterday I woke up at 3 am with a raging headache and it won’t go away, still have it. However – thought I’d share this with you cause the point at which it felt the best was during and after my 30 min run followed by 30 min of stretching and foam rolling. Also, I had been slathering some muscle MD on my neck, shoulders, upper back, forehead and temples all morning long and that really seemed to help. The ibuprofen and tylenol did nothing. You can get the muscle MD lotion at Zenith supplies in Seattle. I’ve actually never been there. Dale is kind enough to always stop on his way home from work and pick it up. It’s a lot like an icy hot or tiger balm.
